Whether you’re coming in for a routine cleaning, need a complex restoration, or have been putting off dental work because of anxiety—you’re in the right place. Dr. Grenier’s practice is built around one principle: take the time to listen, explain your options clearly, and deliver care you can trust.
Dr. Grenier handles everything from routine checkups to full-mouth reconstruction, so you won’t be bounced between specialists for most procedures. His advanced training in the Air Force’s AEGD residency program means he’s comfortable with implants, extractions, root canals, IV sedation, cosmetic work, and complex prosthetics—all under one roof. Every treatment plan starts with a thorough conversation about what’s going on, what your options are, and what makes sense for your situation and budget.
Dr. Grenier earned his doctorate at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Keesler Air Force Base—an intensive program that trains military dentists to provide the full range of care, from surgery to prosthetics. He holds a Master’s degree and continues to pursue advanced training in implant dentistry through the AAID MaxiCourse program and data analytics through MIT.
Dr. Grenier’s goal is simple: dentistry that feels modern, precise, and genuinely personal—so you can trust your care, understand your choices, and feel confident every time you smile.
We don’t just fix teeth—we find out why things broke down and build a plan that lasts.
Most dental offices follow a standard playbook—and for straightforward cases, that works fine. But when things get more complex, cookie‑cutter approaches can miss important details. We personalize everything. That means looking at your full health picture, using advanced diagnostics to catch problems early, and building treatment plans that fit you—not just the textbook average.
General guidelines are a starting point, but your biology, history, and risk factors are unique. We dig into the specifics before recommending anything.
We use 3D imaging, thorough exams, and detailed records to make sure we’re not guessing. Better information means better outcomes.
Treatment doesn’t always go exactly as planned. We monitor results, stay honest about what we’re seeing, and adapt the plan to what’s actually happening.
Whether you’re a patient looking for a dentist who will take the time to do things right, or a clinician interested in the science behind better care—you’re welcome here. This site is equal parts practice and lab notebook, and we’re glad you found it.
